Scripture Memory to Encourage Believers

“…God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work” (2 Cor 9:8 ESV).

FATHER, I pray that ____ be comforted by the following verses or that (he/she) show comfort to someone else with the following verses:

“…the Lord is faithful. He will establish you and guard you against the evil one” (2 Thes 3:3 ESV).

“…he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence” (Ps 91:3 ESV).

“Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery trial when it comes upon you to test you, as though something strange were happening to you. But rejoice insofar as you share Christ’s sufferings, that you may also rejoice and be glad when his glory is revealed” (1 Pet 4:12-13 ESV).

“May you be strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy,” (Col 1:11 ESV).

FATHER, You are able to do far more abundantly than all that ____ asks or thinks. You do this by working within (him/her)—by Your SPIRIT working deeply and gently within (him/her) (Eph 3:20). Grant ____ an abundant supply of riches in CHRIST JESUS (Phil 4:19).
